Cancellation:

Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in date will receive 100% refund.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will not receive any refund.

This is included in the cost of the rental, we just ask, for the sake of the environment, that you do not leave lights or appliances on when they are not required.

Due Covid , just hand soap, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided .Please bring all your own supplies.

Cleaning:

The property will be cleaned between rentals, please leave the property as you would expect to find it, with contents clean and tidy. Please no smoking in the property.

Damages:

All damage(s) must be paid for and notified to us immediately so that we can arrange repairs or replacements. Minor breakages will not be charged. Please tell us if anything does not work or is broken when you arrive at the property and we will do our best to rectify it during your stay.

The property is equipped for a maximum number of 2 people, safety and comfort is our priority here, please do not exceed the maximum as stated on website.
